Global Equality, UN MDGs

Summary

We are the first generation that has the capability to eradicate poverty. How can we make this happen? If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep...you are richer than 75% of this world. How does this make you feel? Should the world’s wealth be more fairly distributed throughout the world? Would your life change for the better if the world’s wealth was more fairly distributed? How would life change for the global population if there was no more poverty? What message would you give to the leaders of the G8 (the world’s 8 richest nations) about the rich / poor divide? How can we make poverty history?
