The partnered cluster must return the final draft of the Project Plan Template to the British Council by Friday 15th Feb 2008.

Approval and release of grants

How long will it take for the project plans to be approved and for grants to be released?

The whole process is expected to take about month, from 15th February to mid-March. We are hoping to have approved the plans and issued contracts to the clusters by the end of February. These contracts will then need to be signed and returned as soon as possible to ensure the funds are released quickly.
