Swanwick School and Sports College and Jessore Govt Girls High School partnership

Hello to our fellow colleagues at Jessore Govt. Girls High School from everyone here at SSSC. We would like to thank you again for the hospitality and kindness you have shown us when we visited your beautiful country. We are looking forward to your return visit enormously and are extremely excited to be involved in the partnership

In the first year of our partnership we have had the privilege of a return visit from our colleagues in Bangladesh. Even though the weather was cold for our visitors, we were able to visit many of Derbyshire's best sights such as Chatsworth House and Pride Park. We also included a fusion night of english and indian cuisine followed by Morris Dancing performance which included our very own Mr McKenzie. 

Now that our Bangladeshi colleagues have returned home we have began the initial stages of our year 1 plan. During this period we have been able to provide our Bangladeshi colleagues with the guidance and tools for improving both their P.E and Leadership programs.

Jessore Gvt. High School have just held their young leaders program as provided by International Inspirations. We look forward to progressing the good work undertaken by the children and developing it further into the next stage of our partnership.
