Summary

This project aims to provide an awareness on Road Safety rules for our young children. By doing this we might reduce the casualties and terrified accidents in two countries. The project will be conducted in English and Arabic and will have as one of its goals the improvement of students's language skills.

Photo exercise

Each partner class designs a quoto gallery with pictures related to roads. Some of these will be from their country but others from different countries. The students in the other country will look at the gallery and work out which images are from their partner country. They will then record themselves giving descriptions of some of the pictures. Students in the other country will then listen to the descriptions and identify the appropriate pictures. This latter exercise could take the form of a race. Finally, students select one image and use it as the basis of a short story written in the target language.
