the aim of this project is to
*decide what “healthy food” is based on a food pyramid
*learn about the importance of each part of the food pyramid and how it helps the body.
Many of the activities will be a preparation for the global Healthy food day ( chosen to be on April 7th) :
healthy food from all over the world (origin: Lebanon, Greece. Mexico...) rich in: "Starch, lipids, protein, vitamins, carbohydrates" prepared with the help from parents.
