Elementary Spanish Collaboration

I am a Elementary Spanish teacher from the United States. I teach Kindergarten - 4th Grade Spanish.  I am interested in collaborating with other elementary teachers in Spanish speaking countries through a project in which students can be paired together and send letters/postcards back and forth to practice Spanish/English. I'd like my students to have the opportunity to become famliar with the various Latin American cultures around the world.  I would also be interested in setting up skyping sessions with Spanish speaking classrooms. It would be great if we could have other classes read Spanish stories to us or act out Spanish plays or sing Spanish songs. My students could even practice their speaking skills in Spanish (although their Spanish abilities will be very limited). Basically, I'm looking for a communicative opportunity for my students to practice their Spanish, while other classes can practice their English.
