An idea...

Let me give you a brief on it. May be my students begin a story based on a theme. I shall mail you this beginning and you can ask a student from your class to give his input to it. You may then mail it back to me on the same word document as an attachment. This communication and writing may happen in six or more turns after which the story can take a conclusion. We just have to decide on a theme and begin! Lets see what novel ideas can go into making the story. Lastly my designer students will want to give it a good graphic look along with a colourful picture cover using their art skills. I shall then courier to you a copy of this handbook/storybook. I am so excited to get students work with more ideas from across the world.

What is your idea...?

Please feel free to express any related ideas on the above so that we can soon begin..!

Dear Chaitali and Claire Have we decided on the topic for the story? I think this is a great idea, it will be really good to see how the story turns out. It may have differing view points or the thinking behind it could be the same! Lets see how the children create a story together. Regards Diane

Stories of imagination

Dear colleagues I would like to share my experience of creative story writing. My students usually write rather short stories. The tasks may be different - to write a story on given topic, to finish a story, to write your own end to a wellknown one. You can also give your students a starting sentence and they will compose a story. They can do it in groups, pairs or individually. This is one of my students' favourite activities. They like very unusual, fantastic starting sentences. Here are some of them. 1.Last night I saw a bear in my kitchen... 2. While I was sleeping I heard a monster under my bed... 3. A UFO landed near my home last night... 4. I was studying English last night when my dog started talking to me... 5. I looked up in the sky this morning and I saw a person flying... (Given in the manual ADD COLOUR by Jennifer Meese). I am glad to present some samples of such stories written by my students. Regards Natalia Sizova

Yes we need a new design on the anirodd version. Probably an update is not needed but for sure would like to theme, or make it similar to the desktop browser design.

I wanted to cmsopoe you this little bit of note just to thank you so much yet again just for the stunning knowledge you have discussed above. This has been simply generous with people like you in giving openly precisely what numerous people would've supplied as an e book to help with making some profit for themselves, especially considering the fact that you could have tried it if you ever desired. These creative ideas likewise acted as a great way to realize that many people have the same dream the same as mine to learn great deal more when considering this issue. I know there are many more enjoyable periods in the future for individuals that find out your blog post.

Yea!!! I visited it. Great fun!!The main focus in the fair was the attempt to translate more and more books from and in Gujarati. People also felt that there was general apathy towards Gujarati language by Gujarati speaking people who only chose to speak in English and Hindi when talk with other people. The state has many other state people living in Gujarat but still not learning Gujarati. Unless a Guajarati will not love his language; why would others do? Around 32 publishers with 3000 books participated in the fair. They lay main stress on bidding the language barrier and bring the people from other states and nations close to Gujarat and Gujarati.
